This family just recently bought this home and were wanting to get everything fixed up to their liking. They had a plumbing leak that caused mold in the crawl space, and possibly inside the home. They wanted that to be checked. They noticed that they had humidity inside the home and inquired if a crawl space encapsulation would control that issue.
Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment for their home. We had a specialist visit the property and they proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home from Olympic Restoration Systems.
An apartment complex’s Corporate Office called Olympic Restoration Systems after they had radon testing completed on one of their complex’s in Arlington, TX. After they had the testing completed, it was determined that the property needed to be treated for radon gas in 3 of their apartment units.
Once Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted, we sent a Specialist to the complex for an assessment and to provide the Corporate Office with a quote for the radon mitigation system that they needed for the complex.
A licensed mold inspector confirmed mold growth in this homeowners closet. After receiving the mold protocol from the inspector, one of our Licensed Mold Remediators, Darrin, inspected the property and presented a free estimate for mold remediation in the closet. The homeowner accepted the proposal, and our Production Team completed the mold remediation.
This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems with some humidity issues within their home. They did not know what they needed or wanted to resolve this issue for their 1100 sq ft home.

This customer had a mold inspection company come after they suspected that they had mold in their home. One of the family members is highly allergic to mold. Mold was detected by this company. Seven months prior to this customer calling Olympic Restoration Systems, they had employed another restoration company for the mold remediation. They did not feel that the 1st restoration company did a sufficient job because the person that is allergic to mold was still having respiratory issues. The laundry room, where the hot water heater was located, is where the mold issue was detected. They wanted a second opinion about the original mold remediation done by the other company, so the customer called Olympic Restoration Systems because we are a licensed mold remediation company.
We scheduled an free estimate with them with our first available appointment. An Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the mold remediation with Olympic Restoration Systems for their home.
