This office had pipes burst and water flood into it during the 2021 winter storms. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Tyler, to assess the property for a free estimate. He found significant water damage to the lower drywall. He presented an estimate to the owner, and he accepted, and proceeded with water damage restoration by Olympic Restoration Systems.

This customer was selling her home, and during the inspection process, mold was found and needed to be removed prior to the finalization of the sale. The seller was out of the country, so we were contacted by her mother. Her mother chose us, due to our reviews. This was a time sensitive issue. We were contacted the last day of the month in January, and the new owners needed to move in by the end of February. They already had a quote for mold removal from another company, but they were looking for a 2^nd, competitive quote for the mold remediation.

She contacted Olympic Restoration Systems for an assessment of their home, for the 2^nd quote that they were in search of for the remediation. An Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the mold remediation and a crawl space encapsulation with Olympic Restoration Systems for their home.

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems inquiring about waterproofing the space underneath their home. The space beneath the home wasn’t tall enough to be considered a basement, there was only 4’ of clearance. The customer was not sure with it having that much space if it would be considered a crawl space either. They were not sure what to call it. At the time they called Olympic Restoration Systems, they were replacing their kitchen floor. While they had the kitchen floor pulled up they wanted to get the underneath of their home taken care of so that they could protect the new floors that they were installing. They wanted to make sure that their investment in the new floors would be protected once installed.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment for the underneath part of their home. We had a Specialist visit the property and they proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home from Olympic Restoration Systems.

This customer is a repeat customer for Olympic Restoration Systems. He is a contractor for the homeowner for this property. He called Olympic Restoration Systems on behalf of their customer because they needed a crawl space encapsulation to protect the investment that they were putting into their home after having the contractor do work in their home. One of the things that the contractor was doing for this homeowner was redoing all their floors. They had the sub-floor up, so access to the crawl space was very easy.

This customer had some plumbing issues causing them to contact a plumbing contractor. While fixing their plumbing issues, the contractor informed the customer that their crawl space was very wet. He suggested that they needed to do something to take care of that issue. The customer just installed new hardwood floors and did not want them to be ruined by a moisture problem in the crawl space. The customer wanted to know more about installing an encapsulation system and having debris removed from the crawl space.

One of our System Designs Specilist assessed the crawl space and proposed a soltution for encapsulating the crawl space and preventing future moisture issues. The customer was pleased with the proposal and proceeded with an encapsulation system from Olympic Restoration Systems.
