This homeowner was experiencing many symptoms of a crawl space moisture issue. There was a moldy smell throughout the home, cupping hardwood floors, and there was visible moisture in the crawl space. Our Production Team was able to install a crawl space encapsulation system that included drainage matting, a vapor barrier, a sump pump, and a dehumidifier. This turned the wet crawl space into a dr, conditioned area.

Using a CleanSpace drainage mat and CleanSpace liner, we created a barrier, encapsulating the crawl space.
