Our Drain mat system is laid down under clean space to help channel water to a sump pump. this is what it looks like laid down before the CleanSpace encapsulation is installed.  

This home had high levels of moisture in the crawlspace, which had led to the old fiberglass insulation falling into pieces. To protect the home from the mold a keep it dry and healthy we cleaned it out and added a TripleSafe sump pump, TerraBlock insulation, spray foam, and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. 

This homeowner could hear water in their crawl space, when they looked through the interior entrance, they saw about a foot of water. Worried about this, they called up John's. When we arrived for the inspection, most of the water was gone, but to protect the home from this happening again we suggested a full encapsulation. 

This home had almost no posts supporting it! The posts that were there were rotting out or not properly put in. We came and put in our SmartJack product to replace them. No wood rot, no problem. The rest of the crawlspace is not finished in the after picture, only the SmartJacks were installed at the time. 

This home's wet crawlspace had caked-on mud, falling fiberglass insulation, and a nasty, musty smell emanating from it. To solve this issue we did a full encapsulation with a TripleSafe sump pump. TerraBlock crawlspace insulation, Spray Foam, CleanSpace vapor barrier, new Everlast Door, and vent covers, with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
