When critters find a way into the crawl space, the air quality in your home suffers. This homes crawl space was tall and the owners liked to use it for long term storage. From our system fully sealing the space against outside elements, the 20 mil thick woven vapor barrier that is backed by a 25 year warranty against rips and tears, to the dehumidifier that will protect the space from excess moisture in the air, the owners were sold! With the work all done, they can now happily enjoy and dry and healthy crawl space, made perfectly to ensure they can use the space for storage, and beneficially their home can be healthier. 

This crawlspace had standing water throughout the whole space, making it a muddy mess. We came in and dried it out and installed CleanSpace, a smartsump sump pump, a sanidry dehumidifier and added spray foam insulation for added energy efficiency. This homeowner will now have a dry crawlspace while saving money on energy costs for years to come.
