The kitchen of this 1900 built Oneonta, NY home is above a crawlspace. The owners noticed that most of the home was built on a stone foundation that is in good shape but the kitchen seemed to be built over what was once a porch or an addition. This part of the house didn't have great supports and was open air so the floors were cold. They decided to renovate their kitchen but wanted to improve the supports and the air quality below it first. They found us after an internet search and upon reaching our website, scheduled their free estimate. Expert Design Specialist, Andy, provided the couple with a full inspection and options to improve their quality of life and bring them peace of mind. The project involved installing new supports, adding sheathing around the space, adding insulation, and encapsulating the space with Cleanspace with a Sanidry Sedona as a finishing touch. Now they can build their dream kitchen while knowing it's well supported and the air is warm and healthy. 

Beth had resided in her residence located in Albion, New York, for a span of 15 years, before she began to observe signs of deterioration and corrosion in the support beams of her home. Beth's introduction to Woodford Bros occurred during her visit to a home show held at Turning Stone, where she expressed interest in arranging a complimentary estimate appointment. Following an initial inspection conducted by our expert team, it was determined that the optimal solution for addressing the weakened support beams in Beth's residence would be the installation of our SmartJack system.
