Terry a home owner in King Ferry, NY called Woodford Bros., Inc. with concerns in his foundation. He was noticing the walls start to buckle and crack. Also, in the low area of the basement water was puddling. Woodford Bros., Inc. team reinforced the walls with CarbonArmor and installed a sump pump in the lowest corner of the basement floor.

Leaning walls in basement reinforced in Aurora, NY 

Christina has been living in her Aurora, NY home for 3 years and has recently began attempting to renovate the home, specifically the walls and floors in the upstairs area.  Knowing that the uneven floors likely had to do with the existing foundation supports, Christina decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of our SmartJack system.  

The SmartJack crawl space support system is the solution to sagging or uneven beams.  SmartJack support posts provide an effective and durable solution for leveling and stabilizing damaged crawl spaces, unlike typical support posts that rest on concrete blocks that only sink further into the ground, SmartJacks are installed on a sturdy base that prevents further settlement.  Most importantly, SmartJacks are easily adjustable should you ever need to adjust their height.  In choosing the SmartJack system, Christina can rest assured that her floors and walls are permanently stabilized.

Woodford Brothers were called in to make sure that the building on the Historical Society’s grounds is the original Gothic Revival tool shed called the “Bee Hive”. It's a trip back in time when you visit this historically-accurate replica of a general store.
