Susan has been living in her Redwood, NY home for over 11 years. Over the past couple of years, she had begun noticing issues with water coming into her basement. Wanting to maintain her home and property value, she decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the basement, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of several of our basement waterproofing systems including WaterGuard, the TripleSafe Sump Pump, and the PowerBrace system. 

WaterGuard is a French drain system that is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. The system then collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. In turn, the TripleSafe Sump Pump provides the ultimate level of protection, pumping up to 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. Finally, the PowerBrace system is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provides the potential to straighten walls over time. With this combination of systems installed, Susan can rest assured that her basement is permanently waterproofed and her property value protected.

Flexispan is a unique poured wall crack repair system that is guaranteed to stop leaks for good. Instead of just simply injecting poly into the crack a special system is installed that will never be affected by the expansion and contraction of the wall during the changing of seasons. This gives Travis peace of mind that he will never need to worry about water coming in through the crack ever again. Now he can finish the basement knowing his investment is protected from water intrusion through the wall crack.

Kyle wanted to use his basement to store items since he moved into his home in 2020. The problem was that he could not rely on the basement floors being dry since water would seep in during heavy rains. He found Woodford Brothers online and called to schedule his free estimate. Our Design Specialist, Carol, provided a thorough inspection and presented options to Kyle all on the same day. Once the right system was agreed upon, an installation date was scheduled. One our expert installation crews, Led by Zach, made quick and clean work installing WaterGuard with some Trench Drains and a  Triple Safe Sump system to control the water in Kyle's basement. Now Kyle has peace of mind that he can store his items in his basement knowing they will remain safe and dry.
