Homeowner Wants to Utilize the Basement, North Andover, MA

This homeowner in North Andover, MA wanted to utilize his basement but has concerns about radon. The homeowner would like to use his gym equipment in the basement. The radon levels in the basement are exceeding 15 pCi/L. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Justin Wenners inspected the home. Justin designed a radon mitigation system that will work perfectly with their home.

A homeowner in Deerfield, New Hampshire, purchased their forever home 4 years ago. A couple of months ago the homeowners were concerned with the radon levels in their home. They decided to test their home for radon and the results from their radon test came back with an average of 10.0 pCi/L. The homeowners then called EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist recommended and designed a radon mitigation system for their home. 

Our installation team installed the Radon Mitigation System into their home and reduced the radon levels to below 4.0 pCi/L.
