This homeowner in Hampton, NH had concerns with cracks and settlement throughout the concrete surrounding their inground pool. This before and after series highlights the effectiveness of PolyLevel as a solution, showing a repair at a crack and joint at one section of this pool patio.
This homeowner had a lovely sitting area outside their home on a concrete patio. Over the years, some of the concrete had settled into the soils around it, and a trip hazard had formed. This was both unsightly and a nuisance, something they wanted to find a permanent fix for.
Our team installed PolyLevel to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete patio for the homeowner. Not only were the trip hazards eliminated, but the joints and cracks were also sealed with NexusPro. This silicone sealant added a level of protection to the concrete, as it will help prevent water from flowing beneath the slabs and eroding away more soil. With a repaired and protected home, these owners have peace of mind and can continue to enjoy their outdoor space.
This homeowner in a condominium community had concerns with their broken concrete patio behind their residence. Over the years, the patio had settled and become severely cracked and broken.
Our team completed to aspects of the repair for them. Firstly, PolyLevel was injected to lift some sections and stabilize the entire patio. This will help prevent future settled issues, as all the voids beneath the slab are now filled and the concrete is fully supported. Secondly, a large crack and divot in the middle of the patio was a huge trip hazard, and also a pain to shovel snow around. Our specialist installed a concrete patch for the owner and helped create an even surface for them.
A homeowner in Sanbornville, New Hampshire had water leaking into their basement from the feed to their swimming pool. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended a solution to sealing the crack. He recommended using crack injection to seal off the area where water was coming from the concrete and where the feed line was installed. We also touched up some of the concrete around the feed line.
This retaining wall in Gloucester was at risk of sinking and collapsing, due to the tides washing away its foundation soils underneath. We applied our PolyLEVEL product and filled in the voids with a highly effective, durable polymer foam. The wall is now no longer at risk of sinking, and the rising and sinking waters will be unable to erode the foam as it did the soils.
