This homeowner in Woburn, Massachusetts, had built their home two years ago and has already seen cracks forming in their foundation wall. This year some of the cracks started to leak and the homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their foundation wall. Our Design Specialist Liam FitzPatrick met with the homeowner and inspected the cracks. He recommended sealing the cracks in the foundation with FlexiSpan.

Lifting and Leveling a Pool Deck in Wilmington, MA
In Wilmington, MA, a homeowner faced a challenging problem with their pool deck, which sunk in three distinct areas, causing an uneven and potentially unsafe surface around their pool, as seen in the 'before' photo. That's where we came in! Using our innovative PolyLevel and NexusPro products, we lifted and stabilized the deck to match the pool's elevation, ensuring a smoother, safer, and more aesthetically appealing poolside area, showcased in our 'after' photo.
Retaining Wall Repair, Derry, NH
A retaining wall that was previously removed 25 years ago and had been placed next to the house foundation caused some damage to the house foundation. The retaining wall that was removed was tipping from water damage, no drains had been installed, a not enough rebarb was used when it was installed. The new retaining wall is in very good shape and has had no issues. Over the years the concrete that was used to fix the damage has shrunk leaving a large space between the house foundation and the retaining wall. Erickson Foundation Supportworks sealed the crack with polyurethane foam and a new top leayer of concrete to smooth it out.
