A homeowner in Stoneham, Massachusetts, was moving out west for work and was selling their home in Stoneham. The homeowner had placed their home on the market and after a couple of weeks received an offer that had a stipulation. The offer included the homeowner having a radon test done and installing a radon mitigation system installed in the home before the purchase went through.
