Design Specialist Chris Greenwood inspected the home and answered any questions that the homeowner had about radon mitigation. After the homeowner had spoken to Chris about a radon mitigation system, they asked if they could have a radon system installed in their home. So Chris designed a radon mitigation system for the home.

A homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts, had a radon system installed in their home to lower the radon levels. This year they welcomed a child into the world and tested their home for radon again. The results of the test were higher than anticipated, so they reached out to EFS again to have another system installed in their home to lower the radon levels below 4.0 pCi/L.
This homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts, purchased their home in 2019 and it was tested for radon upon purchase. The radon levels in the house came back at an average of 5.3 pCi/L. The homeowners didn't act on installing a radon system right away but in 2023 they called EFS for an inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended and designed a radon mitigation system for their home. Our team arrived at the home and installed the system and gave the homeowner a charcoal test to test the radon levels about a week after installation.
They tested the home and confirmed the results of the test were below 4.0 pCi/L.
A homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts, had lived in their home for the past 2 years. A couple of months ago a neighbor of theirs mentioned to them that they had a radon system inside their home and they recommended they get their home tested. The homeowner became concerned and called EFS to test the radon inside their home. Our Design Specialist set up a radon test kit and showed the results to the homeowners. The levels were above the recommended amount, so our Design Specialist recommended installing a Radon Mitigation System in their home.

This homeowner in Stoneham, Massachusetts needed a Radon Mitigation System. The homeowner had gotten their house tested for radon and the levels came back at 27 pCi/l. A normal level of radon in a house is 4.0 pCi/l or less. The homeowner was worried about having high radon levels because they have cancer that runs in their family and didn't want to risk themselves more. The homeowner called Erickson Foundations Supportworks and made an appointment to come out to their house and design a Radon System.
John Prince was the Design Specialist on this project. He was the person who visited the homeowner's home and designed a Radon Mitigation System for their home. Scott Crandall was the Team Lead on this project. He and his team successfully installed the radon system into the homeowner's house.
The homeowner was pleased with how the installation went. They also were relieved that the pCi/l levels were reduced to under 4.
