Porch is Sinking More Every Year, Londonderry, NH

A homeowner in Londonderry, New Hampshire, had to lift their porch up every year for the past five years. They would also want to fill the void under their pool deck. The homeowners wanted a permanent fix so they reached out to EFS. Our production team installed EZ Post and filled the void underneath the pool deck.

Covered Porch Sinking, Londonderry, NH

This homeowner has a home that was built in 1978 but added a covered porch to the back of the home 15 years ago. A year or two ago the homeowner noticed the windows getting tight. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their porch. Our Design Specialist recommended installing 5 Helical Piers under the porch to replace the old supports.

Lally Column Replacement, Londonderry, NH

This homeowner was concerned with two lally columns in their garage which were beginning to show wear and tear. They reached out to our Erickson Foundation Solutions team to install SmartJack columns in place of the traditional lally column supports.

Our specialist designed the layout for the new columns, and after approval from the building department for Londonderry, we scheduled and installed the job. Installation took one day, and involved setting new concrete footings and adjustment of the posts. The new columns are built to last, giving this homeowner peace of mind that the structure above his garage is permanently supported.

Basement Floor Supports, West Newton, MA

After moving into their newly purchased home, these owners wished to make several upgrades and improvements. One of the first items they needed to fix were their uneven, sloping floors. The basement was full of temporary jacks and wood columns, which were not properly supporting the floor. This before and after shows the failing column supports and the SmartJack (warrantied) which replaced them.
