This before shows the columns that use to support the main beam of the home and the after shows the newly installed SmartJack system. The SmartJack system has a 2' by 2' hole filled under it with engineered fill to keep the ground from shifting around the SmartJacks.

Foundation Walls Bowing, Merrimack, NH

This homeowner in Merrimack, NH was experiencing there are cracks on 3 of the 4 walls in the basement. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

A design specialist inspected the home. The design specialist found that the 3 walls with the cracks are bowing significantly and need to be stabilized. The design specialist recommended installing PowerBraces and Geolocks to stabilize the walls. 

An EFS crew installed 16 PowerBraces and 5 Geolocks to the foundation walls to stabilize them. 

EZ Post Installation, Merrimack, NH

A homeowner in Merrimack, New Hampshire, needed some support added to the addition at the back of their home. The addition in the back of their home had been deemed unsafe by the homeowners. They didn't let anyone go into that room for fear that it would collapse. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their addition. Crack in Foundation Wall, Merrimack, NH

A homeowner in Merrimack, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 21 years. In the last year, they have noticed a crack stemming off of the egress window in the basement. Over the last year, the crack had gotten worse and worse and the homeowners would like to find a solution for the crack. The crack has yet to leak but the homeowner doesn't want to wait until it starts leaking to find a solution for it. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended installing FlexiSpan to cover the crack and prevent water from entering the basement if that crack would ever leak. The team attached a crack monitor to track if the crack was still active or not.
