This homeowner in Reading, Massachusetts wants to have a sealed space so a radon mitigation system will be effective. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez took his time inspecting the basement of this home. Isaac found that there are two crawlspaces on either side of the basement. He recommended that those crawlspaces need to be sealed with Cleanspace to make sure the radon mitigation system works effectively.

Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team arrived at the home and installed the Cleanspace into the two crawlspaces and after they were sealed they installed the radon mitigation system.  

A homeowner in Malden, Massachusetts, had concerns with moisture and floor in their home. The home was built in 1955 and the homeowners have lived in the home for 40 years. Just look at the after photo – we wrapped the area in CleanSpace and insulated it with SilverGlow, transforming a drafty underdeck into a cozy, energy-efficient crawl space. The owner of a rental property in North Reading, Massachusetts, had a tenant moving out of their property. The building had a moisture problem in the crawlspace that the owner wanted to address. The owner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their crawlspace. Our Design Specialist Tom inspected the crawlspace and recommended using CleanSpace to encapsulate it and prevent moisture from building up. Our team arrived at the building and installed 1200 sqft of CleanSpace into the crawlspace. 

This 3-season porch area had a crawlspace beneath it. The crawlspace was full of moisture and extremely damp, causing mold to form and leading to rot damage to the floor joists. Our EFS team replaced some damaged joists, supported the new floor system with SmartJacks, and encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace to protect the home against further rot or mold.
