High Water Table Causing Water Enter the Basement, Newburyport, MA

After enduring this issue for almost a year, after no water entered the basement for the first 24 years, the homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

New Construction has a Leaky Basement, Newburyport, MA
A home that was built in 2020 has had a leak coming from its bulkhead since they purchased the home. The homeowners called EFS for a solution to their problem. A Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended a fix. EFS recommended installing a Trenchlock Radon Sealed WaterGuard, a SuperSump, IceGuard, and Interior Drainage Line.
Sump Pump Cleaning, Newburyport, MA
