This homeowner in Stoneham, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for the past 25 years. In March of 2023, they saw water enter the basement for the first time. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing a SuperSump into the basement to collect and pump out any water that threatens to enter the basement.

A homeowner in Stoneham, Massachusetts, had moved into their home in 2011. Their home was built in 1909 and have seen more water entering their basement since they moved in over a decade ago. The homeowner has become more concerned with the water entering the basement so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners inspected the basement and recommended installing a perimeter drainage system to prevent water from collecting into the basement. We installed a TripleSafe, perimeter drainage, a dehumidifier, and an exterior drainage line to prevent water from collecting into the basement. 

This homeowner in Stoneham, Massachusetts, had put a small addition on their home to extend one side of their home a couple of feet. This extension created a small crawlspace. They recently smelt an odor coming from the crawlspace and called EFS for a free inspection of their crawlspace because they thought the vapor barrier had failed. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and then inspected the crawlspace. After the inspection, our specialist confirmed the vapor barrier had failed but there was the space wasn't completely closed off. Our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace, SilverGlo, and an Everlast Crawlspace Door to encapsulate the crawlspace.

A few years ago they started to dislike the look of their bulkhead and decided to call EFS to find a replacement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner to examine and measure the existing bulkhead. We ordered a new bulkhead to the correct measurements and then our installation team arrived at the home to remove the old bulkhead and install the new one.

The homeowners were very pleased with the results of the project.
