TripleSafe and WaterGuard Installed, Methuen, MA
A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, had their basement flooded and have some personal items ruined by the water. The homeowner wanted to prevent this from happening again so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system in the basement to collect any water that enters the basement and pump it out.
Our installation team installed a TripleSafe, 2 IceGuards, and 130' of WaterGuard into the basement to collect any water in the basement and pump it out.
Perimeter Drainage System Installed, Methuen, MA
A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, had an existing sump pump but wanted to upgrade their waterproofing system. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended replacing the existing sump pump and installing a full perimeter drainage system.
Our installation team installed 152' of WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement and replaced the sump pump with a SuperSump.

Crumbling Fieldstone Foundation Wall Sealed, Methuen, MA

For many years they have seen water and moisture entering the crawlspace through the fieldstone foundation.
