I contacted NRD Midwest concerned about a pipe that was leaking possibly from the roof boot of my radon mitigation system. When the NRD Midwest technitians checked it out, they discovered that the roof boot was not the cause of the leak, but instead it seemed to be from the fittings. The technitians rebuilt the piping from the moisture guard on up, and reinforced the fittings, making sure to tighten the fernco couplers extra tight. They even poured water in the discharge to test it: No leaks! They did a fine job, and cleaned up well after the work was finished. Both men seemed knowledgeable and were very receptive to what I wanted to relay about the situation.

They problem solved so they could get more draw! Did a nice job, asked questions, put dropcloths down, contained the mess and cleaned up very well afterward.

The crew made me feel comfortable. They did a great job explaining things and were very clean and organized! I would refer NRDM to family and friends!
