This was a huge home and the client requested to have her radon mitigation system installed -- the radon fan specifically not too far from the downspout. They did mention about their water issues in the home so it became a challenge in terms of removing the lid when they need to get to pump. This is a potential rental house for their extra income along side the recommendation of having their son's home to have a radon test. Amazing couple!

This was another home purchased by our client who is pursuing a business venture with it. He wanted to make sure that it will still be held for it's value since he had a radon mitigation system installed for the benefit of the home and health. There was some minimum caulking done for the installation and a few electrical but overall everything is great!

This project had a little bit of a challenge due to some obstacles with their setup but our team still found an option for routing the system. Job well done! 

This was a very simple install and we were able to do it quickly since the home was wide to get through for the system to plan in. Smooth planning! 

This was a huge home and the mom insisted on having protection from radon since she spends most of the time with the kids indoors nowadays. The client was very accommodating and is fully aware of the whole concept of radon. The installation went well.
