Luke, a duplex homeowner for 7 years, works from home and recently discovered radon levels of 9 in the basement and 5-6 upstairs. His fiancé is concerned, so a passive system was preferred. We discussed every routing option available, and they decided to consider the dead space behind a closet or exterior installation. The installation was smooth as there were not much stuff to move.
This client is on the process of finishing his basement and wanted to have his own system too. He called Radon Defense Midwest for a free estimate and mentioned another competitor offer. We educated this client about what we have and how the process would be from start to finish and matched up the competitors price. Client was happy and everything went well!
This lovely home already had an existing radon mitigation system, but the owner wanted to have an upgrade for better performance and protection. She requested to have it installed in another part of her home with a Breathe EZ filter. The customer was pleased with the result!
This was a huge home with a lot of rooms. The homeowner has a big family in which he does say "want to prioritize the kids' health". He learned about radon exposure and it's effects from it being featured from the World Health Organization. We appreciate that he elaborated that money is nothing without good health. Amazing client!
This client had a radon test and levels returned to 17! Alarmed and worried, they called Radon Defense Midwest for a free estimate and immediately booked their system. The team drafted their ideal route on how the installation would be and the client plans to finish the basement so they did not affect the ceiling space of what would be the finished area. It was a successful installation.
