Tony was very nice and spoke highly of our company from reaching out to the office, our reputation and reviews, and the appointment. He is a retired police officer from KC. His wife is from Clarinda and they moved there in March. They have allergies and asthma and a 4 yr old daughter so were very concerned about health effects. Levels of 16. Tony had already tried to clean the ducts himself as far as he could and thought they were pretty bad. They also have a chocolate lab.
