This client had their home tested and came back with high levels of radon. They prioritize their kids so much that never hesitated to search for the solution to prevent this and contacted Radon Defense Midwest. The team educated them the best structure on how their radon mitigation system will be fitting their home and they were fine with it. It was a smooth installation!
This client was a farmer, and his home was really difficult to find, even a GPS can't detect it. He built the house on 2006 and it has a poured foundation with an unfinished basement with a lot of stuff stored down there. The house had an elevated access point that is large opening into crawlspace that is 11'x12' and has large gravel over dirt. The crawlspace is about 3' tall inside, so won't be an issue. The owner is unsure of levels and hasn't tested in 10 years but said it was high then - we provided him with a charcoal test kit. The homeowner insisted to seal the floor cracks as well. The installation went quick and smooth!
