This nice client was referred by a friend from our Network in National Radon Defense and they really liked how we draft our structures ideally to our customer's home. He decided to have his own radon mitigation system installed too!
The client -- Grant just bought house and moved in a couple days ago. He got a radon test as he wasn't confident with the health and safety of the home. He got levels of 6. It's a ranch house with a walk out and unfinished basement. It has no sump pit. The team did a sub slab extraction point behind stairs and garage and cored through poured foundation to exit on side of house and route up. They explained to Grant that he needs to have a crack sealing as the expansion joints were deep and he said he can already manage that on his own. Everything went well!
This was a lovely couple who had an unfinished home and had a radon test during while on the construction phase. The levels were too high so they really decided to mitigate for the protection and safety of the whole family. It was a straight forward installation since there was an ideal structure and room for the radon mitigation system. They were really nice and gave the team on the spot feedback along with some referrals.
This client requested a special design with this system and would like to know how the warranty applies to it. We were able to give out the planning a one-point system with a soffit pen and a cover. The main point is that they are able to mitigate. Everything went well.
This client called in for our professional help as she wanted to replace her old radon mitigation system with what we have. Their old system was connecting directly to the exterior drain outside of their home. We have installed the new system with a suction point connected to their existing sump. The team made sure it fits and is ideal for the home. The client was really happy with the replacement. It's better and it's updated!
