This lovely couple wanted to start 2023 with a healthy environment and don't want radon to be present at home. They called for our professional help and we have discussed the ideal set-up for their home. They were happy about it!

The health risk of radon was not a joke for this family, and they decided to get their own protection by installing a radon mitigation system. They requested if it could be installed, showing it at the back of their home. The team was able to draft an initial design for them and they really liked it. Installation went smoothly! 

This was a challenging install as the home had an inaccessible crawlspace. What the team did was to install next to the stairs going through the utility room and run out to the back door. The client was none too picky how the radon mitigation system will be installed as long as it should work as intended.

They did a test and returned with levels of 17. Homeowner worried for his family's health and indoor air, made the decision to get a mitigation system. It was a simple installation, nothing too fancy. Should be a straight shot up into the garage from the bathroom.

Solomon and his wife are a young couple that bought the house this past year. It was an old house with brick foundation and radon levels of 8.5. The installation will start with a sub slab extraction point next to plumbing stack on back wall, route out side of house and core through wall, route up. They wanted everything to be prepared before they move on to their next chapter in life.
