Pam, a retired postal carrier, recently discovered radon levels of 7 in her home, where her niece works from the basement. Despite replacing windows, dust and allergies persist. Her basement, split into storage and finished areas, it definitely lacks duct cleaning. Extraction points were planned, with Pam favoring our design and willing to pay more for quality - she was offer cheaper bids. She appreciated our thorough explanation, unlike a competitor's oversight. Additionally, she opted for duct cleaning with standard fogging.
This installation became a challenge for our team since the home had a damaged cast iron drain line under the concrete. Our team worked up and explained to the client that the radon mitigation system was ideal to be finished in the basement, and the client agreed. Job done right!

This was a unique installation as it was a first to encounter a sump pit placed exactly under the stairway in closet. So if you the stairs get broken, client knows where he aims at. Joke's aside. The team made a simple installation to run a pipe along the wall beside the stairway and it will go out right next to the sump discharge to avoid the gas line and fan. Radon levels were low but homeowner was persistent to get this done and dusted. Everything went well.
