An exterior cover was installed and proper permits were completed for the city of Sturgis, MI.

The project involved installing two radon extraction points and sealing the sump pump pit to address radon intrusion effectively. By creating negative pressure beneath the main basement slab and elevated crawlspace, the system ensures radon is safely drawn out and vented above the roofline, reducing the risk to occupants.
