Installed drainage track at edges of basement floor, 3 stage sump pump and water walls for water proofing the basement.   3 guys were here 7am - 5pm for a week drill out the cement floor and taking out the debris in 5 gal bucket then re-cementing. They were friendly and hard working and punctual.

The workers arrived on time.  They were clean and courteous when working in our house.  After 18 months, the system is working well.  I was concerned that the outdoor water discharge might freeze up in the winter time or become clogged with debris.  However, this has not been a problem.

We went from "rivers" and "creeks" in our basement every time it rained heavy (STRESSFUL!) to very DRY (STRESS-FREE!).  I look forward to having Mid-America's tile/carpet system installed and then eventually drywall put up, etc. to finally make our basement more of a comfortable living area.  You guys are also very prompt with service calls that are needed. Ed did an excellent job presenting the basement solutions.  I had 45 minutes worth of questions and he stayed until I had satisfactory answers to all of them.  I really liked the design of your products, it mattered to me.  The warranty of the system and the staff that I worked with were reasons why I went with MidAmerica Basement Systems.
