 Sean was very good! The packet that we received before our first appointment was very informative, which helped a lot when it came to the appointment.  The office staff was very nice and was able to set me up for an appointment right away. 

Our design specialist was great, he printed out layouts of what needed to be done.  The installation crew was on time and the clean up was awesome!  

Tyler's presentation was great! You could tell he is very experienced.  The installation crew was very helpful when it came to extra questions.

Kali was very personable, informative and seemed very concerned with our basement. The two main reasons we decided to go with MidAmercia Basement Systems is because they have an outstanding reputation and when we talked with Kali we felt like he really had our best interests in mind. As far as the clean-up goes, we couldn't even tell they were there.

The office staff was great, they were able to set the appointment up right away and within a week the Design Specialist was able to look at my crawlspace.  I really like the fact that we received a follow-up call to make sure our appointment worked and to let us know what we needed to do before the installation crew got there.

The office staff was very friendly when it came to setting my appointments and they even called to remind me about them.  Mark was very thoughtful in explaining our options.  He wasn't pushy at all which was also very nice.  The installation crew was very courteous and was actually able to move up my appointment by an entire month.  Everyone at MidAmerica Basement Systems was great!

Bill and your install crew were great with the waterproofing system and getting things done under less than ideal conditions. He answered all of our many questions and even went out of his way on his own time/day off to address other concerns we had. Everyone did a great job! My best friend said you did a great job with her place as well. The crew was very clean and courteous. They were a little late, but they called to let me know and it was much appreciated. 

Our Design Specialist explained things very well. Was very professional. Justin Bailey was very good at handling his crew. They all knew exactly what they were doing and came in and got right to work and worked all day.  They left the basement cleaner than when it began.  We chose your company after seeing Your ads on Television.
