This Davenport homeowner was sick of walking to their crawlspace basement and feeling the must and smelling the mold. Before we stepped in, the crawlspace at the Palmer College townhouses in Davenport, IA, had persistent water and moisture issues which is evident in the before image. Working closely with the needs of the property, we installed our CleanSpace System and two TripleSafe sump pumps, effectively encapsulating and waterproofing the area.
