North Liberty homeowner, Bill H., contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems because he needed to get his crawlspace encapsulated. The musty smells and damp space made the space unusable. Worse, the home could not be sold unless something was done about the crawlspace. After meeting with design specialist Mac McDaniel, the homeowner decided to get the work done. CleanSpace Drainage Matting and CleanSpace Liner were used to encapsulate the space, along with some other patented products. The crawlspace is now dry, and the next homeowner can use the space for extra storage.

CleanSpace walls will help keep your basement dry. CleanSpace is a liner that is used to isolate the home. The liner is a heavy 20-mil-thick material similar to a pool liner. It is manufactured with seven layers and a blend of high density polyethylene.
