The design specialist custom designed a solution to keep their basement dry using the patented WaterGuard system. Now, the basement will be dry for many years to come. 

Old basement windows tend to pull cold winter air and hot humid air in due to the lack of proper seals. Replacing old basement windows with EverLast Windows from MidAmerica Basement Systems not only provide proper seal, but are made of vinyl so they will never rot, rust or need paint. The double pane glass gives the window an even thicker seal from the outside. EverLast Windows can also be easily popped in and out for cleaning, while providing a pleasant looking feature.

Beth was having issues with water coming into her basement, so she reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have her issue resolved. Upon inspection, it was noted that water was seeping in from the walls and floor. It was offered that she had CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and a SuperSump to fix her issue. CleanSpace was places along the seeping walls, stopping moisture from entering the basement, and guiding it to the WaterGuard. WaterGuard can than direct the water to the SuperSump, preventing it from surfacing to the basement floor. Once the water had reached the SuperSump, it is than discharged from her home, keeping the basement dry once again.
