Mark and Sandy were furious when they went down in their basement to find that their sump pump had quit working, causing the area to flood. They called MidAmerica Basement Systems to have their pump inspected. During the evaluation, it was noted that large amounts of water seepage would come into the home. This would make the pump over whelmed, causing it to fail and flood the basement. It was suggested that they installed a TripleSafe sump. A TripleSafe offers two primary pumps, making sure that the amount of water that seeps into the home is properly accommodated.

Grant and Andrea were having issues with a leaking basement and they have an existing sump pump. They contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have their sump pump inspected. Cole had mentioned that the reason their basement was still becoming wet was due to the sump not being able to handle the amount of water that enters the basement. To address the bowing wall, he offered a PowerBrace system to permanently stop the wall from worsening, and give the option to tighten and straighten the wall back to normal. A Waterproofing system was installed to address the leaking basement. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to help collect the seeping water from the floor and walls, and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump. Patricia now has a stable and dry basement in her home.
