Radon System Repair Exhaust Piping
We replaced a non-functional fan about a year earlier and suggested updating the gutter exhaust pipe. It was separating and decoupling from the home. During a recent storm it fell apart and needed to be replaced to safely exhaust. We added new schedule 40 PVC and proper hangars to ensure a safe exterior system install.
Exterior System Fan and Exhaust Replacement
Exterior fan was no longer functional. Replaced with upgraded fan model, new exterior grade electrical wiring and replaced the insufficient existing exhaust piping. Thin walled 4" was replaced with 3" Sch 40 and properly secured to the home.
