A landlord in Salt Lake City, Utah contacted us because he was interested in adding insulation to one of his rental properties. We sent out Dr. Energy Saver Specialist, Eric, to give an estimate and do the install.

After speaking more with the landlord Eric found that the biggest concern was making the floors more soundproof between apartments. We made a plan with the landlord and renter and began lifting the wood flooring so that we could add the insulation and relay the flooring.

A day later the job is completed and the apartment has all necessary insulation to lessen the noises between levels. The landlord is pleased with the work and the renter is happy that the noise is lessened.
