Our Overall Service
My radon fan stopped working (I noticed the system showing as a "U" instead of "J"). Upon reaching out to Matt, he was able to schedule a service call within 3 business days. He was extremely knowledgeable, had the part needed (fan) and was able to give me some key pointers about maintaining the system. While I hope to not have a radon issue again, I would certainly call Matt at Elite again and highly recommend him to others!
