This photo shows the mold that was infesting the destroyed fiberglass insulation.
Vapor barrier had puddles of water and rips and tears. The overheard fiberglass insulation was falling from sub-floor negating the fiberglass insulation value.
The homes previous vapor barrier was in disrepair. This can lead to moisture getting into the wooden posts and beams and causing mold to potentially grow.
