Joel joined John's Waterproofing in 2022 as a finishing specialist. In this role he exhibited an excellent ability to be organized and detail orientated. He has since moved into our electrical department, where he is enjoying being able to master new skills.

The walls for the basement had hard water stains. The old fiberglass in the walls had been moldy and the the drywall had to be replaced as it was squishy
These stairs had significant water damage and had to be redone in order to safely use them.
The Cummins whole home generator was installed near home
This photo shows the vapor barrier completely destroyed and exposing the dirt beneath the house, allowing for moisture to seep in.
