The tight section of the crawl space had exposed fiberglass that was drooping in some sections, with exposed earth below
The walls for the basement had hard water stains. The old fiberglass in the walls had been moldy and the the drywall had to be replaced as it was squishy
A drainage line was run along the edge of the yard to collect groundwater and divert it away from the homes foundation and keep it from pooling
The interior accessway was in a closet, already the vapor barrier is seen out of place and damp earth
The crawl space had the old vapor barrier out of place with exposed dirt. The above insulation was mildewing from absorbing water from the air.
Pieces of vapor barrier were taped to the foundation to try to control water, but the simple tape had succumbed to the water and no long stuck in place
The crawl space had the old vapor barrier out of place, exposed dirt and falling fiberglass insulation due to moisture
The old 6 mil vapor barrier was torn and out of place, they liked to use this space for storage but would need it to be in better shape for them to do so.
