The tight section of the crawl space had exposed fiberglass that was drooping in some sections, with exposed earth below
The water pressure builds up behind the paint until it breaks through, causing odd paint bubbles
The old vapor barrier had some tears in it, with dirt and debris around
The old vapor barrier in the higher points had water over it, and had rips and holes in it
Water damage was taking it's toll on this crawlspace.
A drainage line was run along the edge of the yard to collect groundwater and divert it away from the homes foundation and keep it from pooling
Our design specialist worked with the homeowner to find the best location for the generator to be installed, and went over how the space would need to be addressed so we could fit it
The space is properly insulated and encapsulated
