The walls for the basement had hard water stains. The old fiberglass in the walls had been moldy and the the drywall had to be replaced as it was squishy
The kitchen sink and drainage pipe connect with the 'Y' pictured. These galvanized pipes are well past their time, and the drainage pipe on the right is only two inches wide, not providing enough room to accommodate water flow.
Our design specialist worked with the homeowner to find the best location for the generator to be installed, and went over how the space would need to be addressed so we could fit it
The contractor let the homeowner know there was some water damage occurring along the foundation and the floor
The space is properly insulated and encapsulated
The space had water stains along the foundation walls
Fiberglass isn't made to be open to the elements, it absorbs moisture and falls apart from water weight and causes mold.
This beautiful three tub sink was all hooked up
