Our Installation Crew
Tim & Jeff, were great from the beginning. The courtesy call 15 minutes prior to arriving, the introduction, explanation of work to be done, then the walk about explaining the work that was done, they explained why they did what they did. The efficiency of the work they did in the time frame made up for the prior cancellation and rescheduling. The initial call also allowed me time to move the vehicles so that they could pull in with the trailer and the truck.
The Cleanup Process
Would not even know that they were at the house performing a job.
