Your repair team , led by Joel Desjardins was prompt, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They encountered water upon removing the concrete, and quickly determined that the sump pump drainage was blocked. They quickly found the source of the problem and removed the blockage, resulting in the drainage of what was likely hundreds of gallons of stagnant water underneath the basement floor. Great job!
