Garrett was the best, explained everything, wasn't a pushy sales person at all, very enthusiastic about the company and the products he represents and he made the whole process that much more easy to handle.

Kevin, Louis and Rick are likely the best crew I've ever had the pleasure of coming into my home to perform their craft.
The Cleanup Process
Cleaned up far beyond the scope of what I felt they should have, my basement hasn't been this clean likely since the house was first built

What made you choose our company:

Balal came to my home about a year ago for a separate issue, I asked him for an honest opinion on a repair that I was told by a local home inspector that was needed, he gave me his honest opinion on it and told me that the repair could likely be done on my own. So when it came time to waterproof the basement there wasn't any hesitation on who I was calling. Garrett came in, gave me his assessment, a quote and I signed up for the work to be done right then and there, I knew I was dealing with an honest company. If it wasn't for the first contact with Balal and the impression he made on me in that first encounter I don't know who I would have called in.
