Very impressed with the followup after the work was done on Friday there was a seal cap/plug missing from our triple safe sump pump lid. First thing Monday morning we got a call from Advanced basements asking when they can install it or if putting it in our mailbox was ok. So great how efficient and quick they get things done. I called back and said the mailbox was ok, and sure enough, when we got home from work it was in the mailbox. So happy that they do things they say they will do and it's done right away. Very efficient and excellent service. Advanced basements could definitely teach alot of other companies how to do business. We will definitely be recommending Advanced basements to everyone we know. Thanks for a great experience and fixing our basement! Hopefully we won't ever see water down there again.

Heard only good things about your company, so we wanted to see for ourselves and had a great experience. We wish all companies ran like yours, it would make life so much easier. Advanced basements definitely understands customer service and what it means. We are very pleased with their work and would hire them again in a heartbeat if we ever have any other basement issues.
