Ronnie Taylor

Ronnie Taylor currently lives in Lafayette, NY where he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and working on home improvement projects.  One of Ronnie's biggest accomplishments is his children.  He provides WOW customer service by treating all customers equally.  To Ronnie, customers mean more to him, they are real people with families that have a problem needing to be fixed.  He likes to put himself in the customer's shoes and treats them the same way they would want to be treated.  Ronnie exhibits honesty, loyalty, and optimism, and believes anything is possible once you find the right solution, and brings this positive mindset into his work everyday.
