From Kenneth coming to my home and presenting an incredible assessment of what I needed and the best way on how to repair my basement that was constantly flooding. I can't say enough about Jennifer and her superior communication skills. I would ask a question and within 10-15 minutes, she responded with all the answers. She was magic! Gunther and his crew came in and he walked me thru EVERYTHING that was going to be done!! It was as if he lived there and was telling me about his home. Very in depth, the man knows his stuff. On the last day, Patrick came in with a makeshift crew of 3 guys that were beyond amazing. From setup to cleanup they were all consumate professionals!! He gave me a finish and cleanup time, and he was right on the button. The guys were all very personable, and I cannot even begin to tell you how very satisfied I was with the whole process, from beginning to end!! Thank you, Erickson, for everything!! Kudos to you all for a fantastic job!!!
