I'll update this review after the work is done, but so far I'm very impressed. Sara E gave me an exact arrival time w updates (no 2 or 4 hour window).

Erickson seems like a big player in the space, and I was worried I was going to get pushed into buying a Cadillac when my need is fairly modest. Didn't happen. Sara listened to my concerns and her proposal was just what I was looking for. I'm able to start small, and see if more changes are necessary.

So nice to work w an honest, personable salesperson who is addressing your issues rather than generating the largest quote / job.
