What made me chose your company over your competitor is clearly by far the customer service and the satisfaction. The reviews I've read upon making a decision said it all with pride. Although my entire project was not completed during that time, that doesn't mean I wasn't satisfied and pleased with your expertise. Erickson Foundation Solutions has a great team. Each stage of the project was handled well and efficient, starting with my first encounter which was the salesman Jared who sold me the product/service, to the crew who actually completed the install/project. Nathan was exceptional, he came in looked over my work order and made some changes that were necessary and saved me thousands at the end. Nick and Chris who were there from day one to complete the work did it with such pride. The follow-up team who called me after the work was completed to make sure everything went well is beyond exceptional. I couldn't be happier and feel safe sleeping in this house for once.
