One comment: At the signing of the contract, you should offer the option of extending the exterior drainage line. This would eliminate the need for a return visit to complete any extension of the line. I realize that it would increase the initial fee by about $1000.00 but anyone planning on you installing any interior basement drainage would opt for the extension.
Very happy overall -- quick, easy, and reasonably priced.
