I am very satisfied ! Every person I dealt with was prompt with responses and actually made me feel as though they liked their respective jobs! I changed original work to be done! This was not an issue and I was never felt pressured to change my mind! May be a higher price for sump pumps and battery pack, but the warranty and satisfaction with Erickson’s employees from start to finish are well worth the peace of mind I have experienced!

Tom showed me my options and at no time did I ever feel pressured! I got the work scheduled to be done quickly so as not to have to face more water seeping in to finished basement!

Anthony and Milton worked very nicely together! Anthony had me aware of everything that would take place. Location of sump pump needed to be changed, and Anthony would not do the change until speaking to me and showing me.

Everything was cleaned up and smelled wonderful!
